This original Lotus Europa was involved in an accident which wrote off most of the front of the body.  This is a replacement  body from Lotus UK, which needs some work to get it to fit.

 

 

There is a neat Elfin under the covers.

 

It does look good from this end too

  

    
             
 


 

 

So the boot and bonnet have now been trimmed to fit, but it appears the body has been 'squashed' out of shaped, after
a copy was taken of the windshield and trial fitted, so struts have been introduced
in an attempt to bring it back to where it should  be.

 

 

Additional 'holes' in the bonnet have
been made to allow heat to escape.
